Meet Marissa!
Marissa Wells, LPC-S
M. Wells Consulting Services in Conway, Arkansas is owned and operated by Marissa Wells, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor in the state of Arkansas. After 10 years in practice Marissa has focused on aging family members and the "sandwich" population of adult children navigating the challenges of aging parents. She is no longer accepting clients for counseling services.
She has a Clinical Supervision specialty to help the next generation of counselors find their place in the mental health industry. Marissa specializes is helping new clinicians (LACs) determine their niche population and develop their passion for longevity in the helping profession. She guides intentional self-care and priorities into her supervision practices. Marissa is accepting LACs that have minimal caseloads in private practice or non-quota clinical environments.
Currently, Marissa is pursuing a Nursing Home Administrator license through Arkansas Healthcare to bridge the gap of mental health and long-term care facilities. She aspires to support staff and families to enrich residents' lives.
